碱和盐存在时振动影响乳状液稳定性研究

         

摘要

Crude oil can be displaced easily when it' s emulsified in chemical flooding process. Stability of emulsion will be affected by alkali, inorganic salt and etc. Compared with NaOH and NaHCO3, Na2CO3 could generate better synergistic effect with petroleum sulfonate when emulsion was prepared by using petroleum sulfonate and crude oiL When vibration was not loaded and temperature was 56 'C , the dehydration rate of emulsion was 22. 8% when concentration of Na2CO3 was 0. 30% and concentration of petroleum sulfonate was 0. 45% with the time of 2 h. Emulsion was most stability and dehydration rate was 16. 4% when vibration was loaded and the optimal parameters vibration frequency, vibration acceleration and vibration time were 20 Hz, 0. 5 m/s2 and 25 min respectively. The stability of emulsion changed when inorganic salt is contained. The ability of these inorganic salts that impelled demulsification to happen is in sequence of A1C13 > FeCl3 > CaCl2 > MgCl2 > NaCl. The stability of emulsion also changes when vibration is loaded with optimal parameters and concentrations of inorganic sails are same. Compared with emulsions that vibration is not loaded, the stability of emulsions is enhanced when NaCl, A1C13 and FeCl3 are contained respectively and the stability of emulsions were decreased when CaCl2 and MgCl2 are contained respectively.%在化学驱油过程中原油的乳化有利于其被驱出.形成的乳状液的稳定性受碱、盐等多种因素的影响.使用石油磺酸盐与原油制备乳状液时,与NaOH和NaHCO3相比,Na2CO3加入后可与石油磺酸盐产生较好的协同效应.56℃下无外加振动时,浓度为0.30%的Na2CO3与0.45%的石油磺酸盐复配时和原油制备的乳状液的2h脱水率为22.8%;加载振动时,当最优振动参数振动频率、振动加速度、振动时间分别为20 Hz、0.5m/s2、25 min时,乳状液最稳定,脱水率降至16.4%.当乳状液中含有无机盐时,其稳定性会有所变化.无机盐引发乳状液破乳的能力依次为:AlCl3> FeCl3> CaCl2> MgCl2> NaCl.在相同盐浓度下,以最优振动参数加载振动时,会对乳状液的稳定性产生影响.与无外加振动时相比,NaCl、AlCl3和FeCl3对应的乳状液稳定性有所增强;CaCl2和MgCl2对应的乳状液稳定性减弱.
