数控机床换刀机构模糊故障树分析与诊断

         

摘要

The characteristics and complementarities of artificial fuzzy control and fault tree were analyzed. A fault diagnosis mathematics model for CNC tool changer was designed based on the combination of fuzzy control and fault tree. The fuzzy control method was integrated into of fault case base classifying, fault probability and fault reason inquiry of fault tree, which better resolves the fastness and accuracy issues of fault diagnosis of CNC. The validity of the scheme has attested through the diagnosis simulation of fault instances of CNC tool changer.%在分析模糊控制方法与故障树推理方法的特点和互补性的基础上,设计了基于模糊控制与故障树相结合的数控机床换刀机构故障诊断数学模型.将模糊控制方法融入故障树推理的故障分类、故障发生概率计算及故障原因查询中,较好地解决了数控机床故障诊断的快速与准确问题.最后通过对数控机床换刀机构故障实例的诊断仿真,验证了该算法的有效性.
