射孔完井水平井筒单相流动压降的改进模型

         

摘要

Pressure drop calculation for horizontal wells is theoretical basis of the productivity prediction, horizontal section length selection, and the completion design optimization. Meanwhile, hydraulic calculation for single-phase flow is the foundation of the pressure drop prediction for more complex oil/water two-phase flow or gas/oil/ water three-phase flow. Based upon the pressure drop modeling presented by Su who is an important investigator in the field of variable mass flow, considering the inaccurate prediction results of the model, a new improved model of single-phase flow in the horizontal wellbore is developed. The new model is implemented by using the VB. NET software and compared to the Su model. Results show that the proposed model corresponds better to the practical situation and could be easily used to predict the total pressure drop of single-phase flow in the horizontal wellbore with perforated completion.%水平井的压降计算是进行水平井产能预测、水平段长度优选及水平井完井设计优化等的理论基础,而单相流的水力计算又是进行油水两相流或油气水三相流压降预测的基础.基于水平井单相流体流动规律研究领域的重要学者Su建立的压降模型,考虑该模型预测值偏高的问题,建立了新的射孔完井水平井筒单相流动压降的改进模型.采用VB.NET对模型进行了求解,并与Su模型进行了对比.结果表明,建立的改进模型更符合实际情况,可以很方便的应用此模型进行射孔完井水平井筒的压降预测.
