钻井泵曲柄连杆机构的运动仿真分析

         

摘要

Drilling pump power end is a group of crank, link mechanism.Through the crank link system in high-pressured condition of variable speed movement with drilling pump power transfer.COSMOSMotion simulation software is utilized for drilling pump 3NB2200 type of crank link system structure.It is concluded that do kinematic analysis of the institution of main components of displacement, velocity and acceleration curves; Through the motion characteristics analysis to find the movement rule of crank link system, So as to high-power drilling pump crank link system design research and reduce vibration of the engine provide a theoretical basis.%钻井泵的动力端是一组曲柄、连杆机构.在高压条件下,通过曲柄连杆机构的变速运动实现钻井泵动力的传递.运用COSMOSMotion仿真软件对3NB2200型钻井泵的曲柄连杆机构做运动学分析,得出机构中主要零部件的位移、速度、加速度曲线等.通过运动特性分析找出曲柄连杆机构的运动规律,为提高钻井泵整机的稳定性和曲柄连杆机构的设计研究提供理论依据.
