It is difficult to accurately analyze field distribution in GTEM Cell due to indoor propagation of electromagnetic waves occurs in the reflection, diffraction, scattering, absorption and other phenomena when radiation experiments in GTEM Cell. Place a glass box which is for study in the small work area of GTEM Cell , then, import the three-dimensional model with the use of AutoCAD 2008 into XFDTD software based on FDTD (finite diffence time domain), afterwards , start simulation, and get field distribution of glass box. Finally, it is proves that the field of the glass box under the condition of 1.8 GHz, 140 dBμV/m is uniform, and heterogeneity of not more than ± 2 dB, and reach the requirements of biomedical experiments.%在GHz横电磁波室内进行辐射实验时,由于电磁波在室内传播会发生反射、绕射、散射、吸收等现象,导致了很难精确地分析GHz横电磁波室内的场强.以放置在GHz横电磁波室小工作区内的玻璃箱为研究对象,利用AutoCAD 2008建立三维模型,导入基于FDTD(时域有限差分法)的XFDTD软件进行仿真,得到玻璃箱的场强分布.最后通过对比分析仿真数据与实际测量数据,证明了玻璃箱内的场强在1.8 GHz、140dBμV/m的条件下是均匀电磁场,而且不均匀性不超过±2 dB,达到了生物医学实验的要求.该仿真为高精度、高速度地计算室内复杂的电磁场问题提供了一种新的方法.
