射孔弹侵彻套管三维有限元模拟

         

摘要

The whole processes of Y1201 peroration bullet explode and collapse shaped charge liner, jet flow penetration was simulated in finite element software AUTODYN. The JWL model was used for explosive detonation material. The failure criterion for penetrated material was Von Mises criteria. The simulation gave the detail process of'jet flow formation, velocity distribution of jet flow, the energy variation of shaped charge liner with time. The calculation showed; the penetration time is 13 μs, and the speed after penetration is 3 992 m/s, the kinetic energy of shaped charge liner varies with time, and reached the maximum 1.24 × 107 J at t = 15 μs, then decreases to a stable valuel.2×107 J.%采用有限元分析软件AUTODYN,对油田使用的Y1201射孔弹的爆轰压垮药型罩过程和射流侵彻套管过程进行了模拟计算.爆轰材料采用JWL模型;侵彻过程材料破坏采用Von Mises屈服应力准则.计算给出了射流形成过程、射流的速度分布曲线、药型罩动能随时间变化曲线.射孔弹发生侵彻的时间是13 μs;射流侵彻后的速度为3992 m/s;药型罩动能随时间变化,在15 s时,药型罩动能达到最大值,为1.24×107 J,在20μs时,动能降低到一个稳定值,为1.2×107 J.
