基于感应同步器的角位移测量智能节点设计

         

摘要

Inductosyn is often used as the angular displacement measuring sensor to three-degree-freedom simu-lating turntable in the field of inertial navigation. Based on resolver-digital converter and digital signal processor in-ductosyn is digitized. Meanwhile the inductosyn is taken as an intelligent node applied to a communication network with motor servo system which belongs to three-degree-freedom simulating turntable. As a result, the transmission distance and quality of the angular displacement signal is greatly improved, the actual angle measurement accuracy achieves 5 " , and dynamic tracking performance is good.%应用于惯性导航领域的三自由度仿真转台常采用感应同步器作为角位移测量传感器.以旋变数字转换器RDC及数字信号处理器DSP为基础实现了感应同步器的数字化.同时感应同步器作为智能节点与三自由度仿真转台电机伺服系统组网,大大提高了角位移信号的传输距离及品质,实际测角精度达到5″,动态跟随性良好.
