鹤岗煤层气井井身质量差,存在大段“糖葫芦”井眼,严重地影响了该地区固井的固井质量.针对这一难题,提出了塞流顶替固井技术.结合褐煤1井和3井测井数据,分析了固井过程中塞流和紊流的形成条件和判别标准,建立了不同浆体性能和不同流态下的循环压耗和环空压力计算模型,并计算了注、替过程中井底压力变化情况,确定注水泥和顶替过程中合理的顶替速度、排量.%Coal bed gas well bore is bad quality in Hegang, existing long length of "sugared haws" borehole, which affect the cementing quality in this region badly. Aiming to the difficulty, plugging flow replacement cementing technology has been put forward, combined the logging data of Hemei 1 and 3, analyzed formation condition and distinguish standard in plugging flow and eddying flow during cementing, established cyclic pressure dissipation and annulus pressure computation model in different slurry properties and different regimes, calculated the bottom hole pressure changing during pouring and replacing, determined the reasonable displacement speed and delivery volume during cementing and replacing.
