A composite hydrogel was synthesized in N, N'-methylene bisacrylamide as cross linker, potassium persulfate as initiator, maleic anhydride, acrylic acid and acrylamide monomer co-polymerization cross-linking reaction add a certain percentage based on the β-cyclodextrin, synthetic β-cyclodextrin/maleic acid-acrylic acid composite hydrogel. Effects of p H value, adsorption time and contaminant initial concentration for safranine-t adsorption were investigated. The data were tested using adsorption kinetics model and adsorption isotherms model. The results show that the absorbing effect could achieve the best when p H value is between 6 ~ 8 and contaminant initial concentration is greater than 800 mg/L. The adsorption process is monomolecular adsorption in homogeneous hydrogel system. The adsorption of composite hydrogel can reach 98% during the initial 50 min, and can achieve adsorption equilibrium within about 4 h. The composite hydrogel has certain effect in dealing with safranine-t waste-water.%以顺丁烯二酸酐、丙烯酸和丙烯酰胺为聚合单体, 过硫酸钾为引发剂, N, N'-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺为交联剂, 环糊精作为增强材料, 制备环糊精/顺丁烯二酸-丙烯酸复合凝胶.考察了环境p H、染料浓度及吸附时间等因素对复合凝胶处理碱性藏花红染料效果的影响, 并进行了吸附等温线和吸附动力学行为拟合.实验结果表明:环境p H处于68之间、染料废水初始浓度大于800 mg/L时, 复合凝胶对于染料废水的吸附效果可以达到最佳, 吸附方式为均匀体系内凝胶的单分子层吸附.复合凝胶对染料废水中碱性藏花红的吸附在50 min时可达到98%, 4 h达到吸附平衡状态.环糊精/顺丁烯二酸-丙烯酸复合凝胶对于碱性藏花红染料模拟废水有较好的处理效果.
