高性能环氧沥青的制备与性能表征

         

摘要

为解决环氧沥青配方复杂、成本高、性能不稳定等问题,设计出多组环氧沥青,并根据其相容性、容留时间、拉伸性能、强度等因素,通过优化筛选法得到最佳配比,制备出一种高性能环氧沥青,研究其混合料残留马歇尔稳定度、抗疲劳性能及抗车辙性能.结果表明:高性能环氧沥青固化剂、复配环氧树脂、基质沥青最佳质量比为1.0:4.2:6.0;其拉伸强度为1.92 MPa,伸长断裂率为238.47%;容留时间为62 min;最佳配比环氧沥青混合料具有优异性能.%In order to address the problems of complex formulation of epoxy asphalt, such as high cost and unstable performance, many groups of epoxy asphalts were mixed and optimized according to factors such as compatibility, retention time, tensile properties and strength. High performance epoxy asphalt was mixed and the residual Marshall stability, fatigue resistance and rutting resistance of the epoxy asphalt mixture were investigated. Results indicate that the optimal mass ratio of high performance epoxy asphalt curing agent,compound epoxy resin and matrix asphalt is 1. 0:4. 2:6. 0; Tensile strength is 1. 92 MPa,elongation fracture rate is 238. 47%; Retention time is 62 min; the best ratio epoxy asphalt mixture has excellent performance.
