通过将知识转移过程与电路模型类比并结合实例,定义了知识转移效率、知识位势、知识电阻、知识电容以及知识接受周期等概念和知识元件,在此基础上构建了知识转移电路,导出了知识转移效率和知识位势的定量模型,揭示了知识转移效率和知识位势随时间变化的规律以及两者之间的内在联系和相互作用的机理,指出了知识转移定量模型对于研究知识转移理论和指导实践所具有的启示。%By comparing knowledge transfer mechanism to electronic circuit and exemplifying ,this paper firstly proposes the definitions of the im-portant concepts in knowledge transfer circuit ,such as knowledge transfer efficiency ,knowledge potential ,resistor ,capacitor ,receiving cycle and etc. Based on this ,the knowledge transfer circuit is constructed and the quantitative model is derived to analyze knowledge transfer efficiency and knowledge potential. The derived model reveals the interrelations and interactions between knowledge transfer efficiency and knowledge potential , and their temporal variances. Finally ,the significant values and implications of employing current quantitative knowledge transfer model to the re-search and practical applications of knowledge transfer theory are discussed .
