Train students so that they can master the content of the leveling measurement,familiar with the leveling measurement tools,pay attention to the matter of leveling measurement and cultivate the students’team spirit and professional spirit.This paper discusses the practice teaching method design and teaching achievement of the leveling measurement.To make the students apply the leveling measurement principle in the using process while find and solve some problems.improve students'practical ability and application ability in order to meet the needs of working.%为使学生掌握水准测量的原理以及内容、熟悉水准测量的仪器和工具、了解水准测量的误差来源和注意事项、培养学生团队协作意识和专业素质精神，该文通过对土木工程专业学生的水准测量实践教学方法设计和教学成果的探讨，使学生将水准测量原理应用到实际的测量工作中，并发现和解决一些运用过程的问题，提高学生实践能力和应用能力，从根本上保证工程测量课程的教学质量，为社会培养出适应企业需求的技术型人才。
