在文献回顾基础上,运用可行广义最小二乘法,初探中国各地区科技投资以及知识产权保护对于区域创新绩效影响的差异性,并基于其中的非线性关系,以知识产权保护作为门槛变量,分析科技投资与区域创新能力之间的双重门槛效应.研究发现:中等程度的知识产权保护力度有利于科技投资对于区域创新能力的促进作用,加大科技投资规模、优化知识产权保护力度可以提高科技投资的使用效率、促进区域创新能力的提升;同时,政府部门切忌步入盲目加大科技投资规模的误区,应根据各地实际情况合理调整知识产权保护力度,积极引导社会资金融入提高区域创新能力,切实推动我国社会经济转型与发展.%This paper use FGLS method,reviewed the differences influence of science and technology investment and the intellectual property protection to regional innovation performance influence.The study found that:China science and technology investment improve the regional innovation ability,and the protection of intellectual property rights also produce promoting effect to the promotion of regional innovation abihty,but vary from region to region;And technology investment to the innovation of regional innovation abihty is not a simple monotonically increasing or decreasing the influence of the influence degree and direction in different intellectual property protection range,namely the effect of science and technology investment to regional innovation ability will change from promoting to inhibition with the intellectual property protection increase,and show the characteristics of the double threshold,only the protection of intellectual property tights in the medium level,investment of science and technology will promote regional innovation ability effective.
