在碳限额约束下考虑碳税政策,研究由多个制造商、多个零售商、多个随机需求市场组成的供应链网络均衡决策问题.利用均衡理论和变分不等式研究工具,描述网络中各层决策者的竞争行为,给出各层均衡及网络均衡的条件,构建碳限额约束下考虑碳税政策的随机需求型闭环供应链网络均衡决策模型.研究表明:网络内生的最优碳税保证了均衡状态下制造商的碳排放量没有超过政府规定的限额;当政府放宽对闭环供应链网络中企业的碳限额限制时,制造商采取提高回收价格、增加回收量以及降低批发价、提高产品批发量的方式提高其利润,此时其碳排放量也在增加.这说明企业环境绩效与经济绩效存在着冲突,为了实现一定的环境目标,企业需要放弃部分经济利益.%This paper studies the issues consisting of multiple manufacturers,multiple retailers,multiple equilibrium decisions of random market demand supply chain network based on carbon cap constraints by taking the carbon tax policy into consideration.We use the equilibrium theory and variational inequality research tools,describe the competitive behavior of each layer in the decision network,give each layer equilibrium and network equilibrium conditions,and construct the stochastic equilibrium model of demand closed-loop supply chain network with cap constraints and carbon tax policy.Research shows that:the optimal carbon tax in the network ensures that under equilibrium,the carbon emissions of the manufactures would not exceed the government's limit;when the government relaxed the carbon limits on the closed-loop supply chain in the network,the manufacturers take the increase in the cost of recycling to increase the recovery amount and lower wholesale price increase products wholesale volume,and improve the profit;the carbon emissions are also increasing,which indicates that the company's environmental and economic performance conflict with each other in order to achieve certain environmental goals by giving up part of economic interests.
