通过对科技型中小企业知识产权质押融资风险因素进行分析,发现参与主体与风险之间的关联程度与参与主体对风险的防控程度并没有显著关系.运用改进灰色关联分析方法,对科技型中小企业知识产权质押融资风险合理分担进行研究.%Through the analysis of the risk factors of intellectual property pledge financing of the small and medium enterprises of science and technology,it is found that the relationship between the subject and the risk is not significandy related to the degree of risk prevention and control.So this paper uses the improved gray correlation analysis method to study the reasonable sharing of intellectual property pledge financing risk of small and medium sized enterprises of science and technology.
