Based on the existing literature research , this paper chooses nine factors as regional leading industry selection e-valuation index system, i.e., demand income coefficient of elasticity , growth rate, industrial competitiveness index , ris-ing rate of productivity , comparative labor productivity , location quotient , influence coefficient , response coefficient , and absorbing employment rate .Based on the factor analysis and shift -share method, we make comprehensive analysis on 24 industries of Henna province , and select nine industries such as energy , raw materials and processing industries etc , as re-gional leading industries of Henan province .%在已有文献研究基础上提出以需求收入弹性系数、增长率、产业竞争力指数、生产率上升率、比较劳动生产率、区位商、影响力系数、感应度系数、吸纳就业率等9个因素构成的区域主导产业选择评价指标体系。基于因子分析和偏离份额分析法对河南省24个工业产业进行综合分析，选取以能源、原材料及加工型产业等9个产业为河南省区域主导产业。
