在高校学科创新情境下,探讨交易型领导力、转换型领导力和团队创新氛围对团队工作满意度的影响。对43个创新团队的研究结果证明,转换型领导力与团队创新氛围有正向关系,交易型领导力与团队创新氛围有负向关系;两种类型的领导力都与团队工作满意度正相关,团队创新氛围在这种关系中起中介作用。研究结果揭示了两种类型的领导力、团队创新气氛和团队工作满意度之间的关系和作用方式。%In the context of innovation teams of universities,the study explores the effect of transactional leadership,trans-formational leadership and team climate for innovation on team’ s job satisfaction. The research results of 43 innovative teams prove that transformational leadership and team climate for innovation are positively correlated,and transactional leadership and team climate for innovation are negatively correlated. Both two types of leadership show direct influence on team work satisfaction,and team climate for innovation mediates this relationship. Our model reveals the relations and the roles of leadership,team climate for innovation and team job satisfaction. The empirical results offer substantial support for this hypothesis.
