欠发达地区代工企业外部知识吸收机制——基于永光集团的案例研究

         

摘要

以外部知识吸收机制为切入点,用案例研究方法探讨欠发达地区代工企业如何突破先验知识不足、学习投入资金缺乏的瓶颈,走出“知识吸收能力低-知识存量低”的恶性循环.研究发现,采取对委托企业知识的利用性学习机制进行“干中学”和“用中学”,能以低成本有效提升企业的知识吸收能力和知识积累水平;随着代工企业由OEM向OEM/ODM/OBM的发展路径转型时,组织需要通过探索性学习机制吸收具有一定前瞻性的基础知识,提高自主创新能力.%The paper focuses on the external knowledge absorptive mechanism, with a case study, it explores the growing mechanism of how foundry enterprises in underdeveloped region break through the bottlenecks of lacking in original knowledge and funds' for study, and how to break the vicious circle of low absorptive capability--ow stock of knowledge.rnThe paper finds out that; it conducts a study mechanism for "learning by doing" and "learning by using" at low cost to increase its knowledge absorptive capability and knowledge accumulative level. However, as the firm turns to the developing path of OEM/ODM/OBM, it needs to absorb some perspective basic knowledge through discovery - based learning mechanism, to increase the capacity for independent innovation.
