准确有效地测度创新项目成熟度是提高企业创新能力的重要途径。以时间内耗因子是影响企业技术创新项目成功的关键因素为理念，通过线性归一化划分创新项目成熟等级，采用雷达图和创新记分卡测度创新项目成熟度，对企业技术创新过程管理和项目管理的可操作性方法进行了研究。%The accurate and effective measurement of innovation is an important way to boost project innovation develop‐ment .This paper takes time consuming factor as a key point to influence enterprise project innovation process .Then the normalization of data for linear mapping is used to divide project innovation maturity levels and measure the maturity of in‐novation projects using radar chart and innovative scorecard .Finally a discussion is made on process management of enter‐prise technological innovation and operational methods for project management .
