跨层级组织知识转化与企业绩效关系研究--知识资本的中介效应

         

摘要

组织知识必须依附于一定主体才能实现转化,环境一旦成熟,知识和资本就可以进行良好的结合,个人、团队和组织知识则分别转化为人力、团队和组织资本,从而提升企业价值。基于相关理论模型和研究假设,选取武汉各高校 MBA作为调查对象,通过问卷调查,基于高新技术、传统制造和服务业相关数据,对各主体层次知识转化、知识资本和企业绩效三者之间的关系进行了结构方程求解和验证。结果显示,各主体层次知识资本对相应层次知识转化与企业绩效的关系具有完全中介效应;服务产业人力、团队和组织资本对各主体层次知识转化与企业绩效的关系也具有完全中介效应,而高新技术和传统制造产业则无中介效应。%In the process of organizational knowledge transformation,knowledge will be attached to a certain subj ect.When the environment is appropriate for the combination of knowledge and capital,the knowledge of individuals,teams and or-ganizations will accordingly turn into human capital,team capital and organizational capital respectively,thus increasing the value of an enterprise.Based on the related theoretical model and research hypothesis,this paper chose the students of the MBA classes in some universities of Wuhan as investigation obj ects.Each student was given three copies of question-naires which were aimed at exploring the relationship among knowledge transformation,knowledge capital and enterprise performance in the high-tech industry,traditional manufacturing industry and service industry respectively by way of SME models.The research results show that knowledge capital of each subj ective level has played a complete mediating role in the relationship between its corresponding knowledge transformation and enterprise performance.And the results also show that human capital,team capital and organizational capital have played a complete mediating role in the relation-ship between knowledge transformation and enterprise performance in the service industry,but does not have any effect in the high-tech industry and traditional manufacturing industry.
