制造企业组织柔性与企业绩效关系研究--以服务化程度为中介变量

         

摘要

The effect of organizational flexibility on firm performance and the mediating role of servitization level are ex-plored.The model of organizational flexibility-servitization level-firm performance is built,and manufacturing industry in Shaanxi province,China are surveyed.The result indicates that (1)the organizational flexibility promotes the servitization level and firm performance;(2)the servitization level plays a partial mediated role in the relationship between structure flexibility,personnel flexibility,resource flexibility,culture flexibility and firm performance,he servitization level plays a complete mediated role in the relationship between innovation flexibility and firm performance;the servitization level plays a no significant role in the relationship between process flexibility and firm performance.%探讨组织柔性对企业绩效影响的作用机制,即组织柔性能否通过服务化程度的中介作用对企业绩效产生影响。构建“组织柔性-服务化程度-企业绩效”概念模型,以陕西省制造企业为调研对象进行实证研究。研究结果表明:组织柔性对服务化程度和企业绩效有正向影响;服务化程度在结构柔性、人员柔性、资源柔性、文化柔性影响企业绩效的过程中起部分中介作用,在创新柔性影响企业绩效的过程中起完全中介作用,在过程柔性影响企业绩效的过程中中介作用不显著。
