Firstly ,based on the classical model of spiral knowledge creation process (SECI model) ,the paper refined 6 kinds of knowledge creation mode about CoPS ,and analyzed the effect of knowledge creation respectively from three as‐pects :individual ,projects and enterprise .Finally ,on the basis of empirical method of structural equation model ,the pa‐per validated the relationship between the 6 kinds of knowledge creation about CoPS with three levels of the innovation performance :individual performance will be subject to significant direct impact on Externalization ,Reflection Internaliza‐tion and Practice Internalization ;project performance will be directly affected by the Socialization and Systematization ;the influence of Organization performance comes mainly from Combination and Systematization .%基于经典知识创造螺旋过程模型（SECI模型），提炼CoPS知识创造的6种模式，分别从个体、项目和企业3个层面分析知识创造效果。采用结构方程模型实证方法验证了CoPS 的6种知识创造模式与3个层次创新绩效的关系：知识表出化、知识反思内化、知识实践内化对个体绩效具有显著直接影响；项目绩效受知识社会化和知识系统化直接影响；组织绩效的影响因素主要为知识联结化、知识系统化。
