满意度:工程建设项目管理的核心理念

         

摘要

基于我国建设工程管理的制度与特色,结合管理实践,归纳了工程项目管理的行为主体与项目管理层面,分析了工程项目的绩效管理与目标关系.根据PMBOK项目整体管理原理,提出了组织对项目的管理在于项目的统筹绩效,经系统地分析,这一统筹绩效是一种满意度的概念.因此,满意度应是工程建设项目管理的核心理念.据此构建了工程项目管理满意度指标的层次体系,包括项目影响度、项目潜在力及项目目标实现状况,并着重探讨了项目的影响度及其潜在力.%Based on the system and characteristics of construction project management in our country, and combined with the management practices, this paper summarized the behavioral agent and scope of project management for construction and analyzed the project performance management and relationship by objective.It proposed that the project management of the organization lay in coordinating the project performance which by systemic analysis is a concept of satisfaction on the basis of the holistic project management principle of PMBOK.Consequently satisfaction is the core idea of construction project management.And further more it built the system concerning the project management level of satisfaction index,including the degree of project impacts, the projecfs potential power and the status of the project objectives, and focused on the impact and the potential power of the project.
