初步探讨了供应链企业间知识流动的影响要素及指标,运用结合分析法和层次分析法对要素效用进行了测评,并分别选取了以制造业和IT业为核心企业的供应链来作为算例设计对象,比较不同链条的知识流动效用和侧重点.通过算例设计证明了知识流动过程中存在条件选择,对不同的供应链链条有不同的要求,以制造业为核心企业的供应链侧重企业间合作的效用,并在知识嵌入特性上对技术提出了比较高的要求;而以IT企业为核心企业的供应链在同样重视供应链合作的基础上,强调人员的知识领域及水平特征.%The influencing factors of knowledge flow are considered to be the key research on knowledge flow between enterprises of supply chain.On the basis of research and analysis of existing literature and survey, it proposes knowledge flow attributes and indexes among inter-enterprises in some supply chain.In order to better explore the characteristics of knowledge flows among enterprises, there are two supply chains with manufacturing and IT industry as core enterprises are chosen to be design objects, applying conjoint analysis methods to compare the effectiveness and focus of knowledge flow in different chains.The main purpose is to provide theoretical guidance to different knowledge flow.The conclusion finds that it needs to select right conditions in the process of knowledge flow, and different chains have different requirements.The two supply chains both consider inter-firm cooperation to be effective attributes.However, the manufacturing supply chain proposes higher requirements on the technology in the knowledge characteristics, while the IT business supply chain emphasis the employees' knowledge.
