MOOCs provides learners with high quality education resources and learning experience.With the development of MOOCs in China, the teaching form is also showed diversification. In addition to the daily short teaching video, the curriculum Alliance opened MOOCS on air, aims to improve the teaching effect of sharing and close the distance between teachers and students. It is kown that well-produced instructional videos can yield better learning effect,which demands a higher standard for MOOCs on air.This paper will be based on the practice of live interactive MOOCs from Ocean University of China, to analysis some experience of director.%MOOCs为学习者提供了优质的教学资源和学习体验，随着MOOCs在国内的不断发展，授课形式也呈现出不同变化，在日常MOOCs短视频教学之外，东西部课程联盟推出MOOCs见面课，旨在提升课程共享效果，拉近师生距离。优质的教学视频能够产生好的学习效果，这就对MOOCs见面课提出了更高的技术保障要求。本文将结合中国海洋大学MOOCs见面课程的直播互动实践，从导播意识的角度做一浅析。
