Matlab play an important role on teaching Methods of Mathematical Physics. In this paper, based on the FFT of Matlab, we solve recurrence problem of the nonlinear schrdinger equation. Moreover, we discuss how to develop creativity of students in doing researches in the teaching process.%Matlab在数学物理方法教学中起到了很重要的作用。本文利用Matlab中的快速傅里叶变换，研究了与数学物理方法中的非线性薛定谔方程解的回归问题，并探讨如何培养本科生的科研创新能力。
