In this paper, based on entropy theory and network agility evaluation method, we established organization evaluation model of information transmission mechanism, and designed the algorithm. In the Earthquake Relief Headquarters of the State Council, for example, the feasibility of the algorithm was verified, and the optimization suggestion of information transfer mechanism was put forward.%信息传递机制决定信息传递的路径、速度和准确性,进而影响决策效率.可知,提高应急管理能力需优化应急管理组织信息传递能力.本文综合运用熵理论和网络敏捷性的评价方法,建立组织信息传递机制评价模型,并设计实现算法.以汶川地震国务院抗震救灾指挥部为例,验证了该算法的可行性,并提出信息传递机制优化改进的建议.
