We introduced the application of machine vision in the dispensing industry. By using positioning system, we can calculate the new coordinates of the workpiece through the MARK point on it, and determine the dispensing trajectory again. Then we can control the dispensing equipment to complete the dispensing process. Experimental results showed that the trajectory of dispensing position precision can reach 0.02mm to overcome the problems of the high production cost, the low accuracy and the inefficiency by using traditional dispensing process.%本文介绍了把机器视觉引入到工业点胶应用中,运用视觉定位系统通过工件上的MARK点计算出工件移动后新的坐标位置,并重新确定点胶轨迹的位置,从而控制点胶设备完成点胶。实验结果表明,点胶轨迹的定位精度能达到0.02mm,从而解决了传统点胶工艺生产成本高,控制精度低,效率低下的问题。
