针对Chirp体制的雷达，讨论在目标高速运动与静止时相参积累效果的变化及其原因，提出了一种适合某系统的解决办法，并通过仿真验证了其有效性。%This theme discusses the difference of the performance of coherent integration between stopped and hign velocity targets in Chirp radar, analyses the reason and illustrate a method to slove the problem in a system. The simula-tion results show that the method is effective.
