为了改善生态环境，合理利用自然资源，发展贫困山区经济，确保粮食安全与农民收入增加，评述了三峡库区农业发展中存在的问题及原因，最后笔者结合库区实际，提出了持续发展立体农业的对策。%In order to improve the ecological environment,rationally use the nature resources and develop the economy of the impoverished and mountainous region,and ensure the food security, we described the existing problems and causes of the agriculture economy in three gorges region. At last,the author used a case study in three gorges region,and provided countermeasures for sustainable development of vertical agriculture.
