The pipeline transport is one of the five major modes of transport in the world. As the penstocks increasing, the accidents which caused by leakage and leakage burning often take place. We analyzed the leakage or burning accident caused by flammable and explosive natural gas penstocks, concluded the characteristics of the accident, and put forward the main points of the emergency disposal for the leakage or burning accident.
