Objective :To investigate the effect of Fang’scalp acupuncture combined with Rood technique on motor function in hemiplegic patients at early stage ,and its clinical efficacy .Methods :120 patients were randomly divided into group A ,group B and group C ,40 cases in each group ,according to 1∶1∶1 ratio .Group A was given general acupuncture treatment ,group B was given Fang＇s scalp acupuncture treatment ,group C was given Fang＇s scalp acupuncture combined with Rood technique treatment ,The three groups before treatment and after first ,sec-ond ,third ,fourth course of treatment ,respectively ,using ADL scale ,NIHSS scale ,Ashworth scale ,simple Fugl-Meyer sports function scale score ,and clinical curative effect evaluation .Results :ADL scores :there was a signifi-cant difference between group A and B at the end of the second and third courses (P＜0 .05).At the end of the fourth course ,there was a significant difference between group A and B (P＜0 .05) ,there was a significant differ-ence between group C and A and B(P＜0 .01).NIHSS score :after second ,third course of treatment ,there was a significant difference between group C and A (P＜0 .05).After fourth courses of treatment ,there was a significant difference between group C and A (P＜0 .01) ,group C and B had significant difference(P＜0 .05) ,groupA and B had significant difference (P＜0 .05).Ashworth scale score :compared with the same group before treatment ,there was significant difference (P＜0 .05).There was no significant difference between group A and B after treatment (P＞0 . 05) ,FMA score :after the fourth course of treatment ,the upper limb FMA scores in group C were significantly dif-ferent from those in group A and B(P＜0 .05).after the third course of treatment ,the lower limb FMA scores in group C were significantly different from those of the A and B groups (P＜0.05).After the fourth course of treatment , the lower limbs FMA scores of in group C were significantly different from those of the A and B groups (P＜0 .01). Comparison of clinical efficacy :there was no statistical difference between group B and C ,but group C had higher total efficiency ,and was significantly different from group A .Conclusion :On motor function in hemiplegic patients at early stage ,Fang＇s scalp acupuncture combined with Rood technique is effective .Compared with general acupuncture or Fang’s scalp acupuncture ,can effectively improve the quality of life of the patients .%目的:通过方氏头针结合Rood技术对中风早期偏瘫患者运动功能进行干预,探讨其临床疗效.方法:将120例患者按照1∶1∶1比例,按随机数字法分为3组,每组40例. A组:予常规针刺治疗,B组:予方氏头针治疗,C组:在A组基础上给予方氏头针配合Rood技术治疗,3组患者在治疗前及治疗第 1 、2 、3 、4 疗程结束后,分别采用ADL评分、NIHSS评分、Ashworth 量表评分、简式Fugl-Meyer运动功能量表评分,及临床疗效评定.结果:ADL评分比较,第2 、3疗程结束,C组与A 、B组比较有显著性差异(P＜0 .05) ,第4疗程结束,A 、B组比较具有显著性差异(P＜0.05) ,C组与A 、B组比较差异极显著(P＜0.01) . NIHSS评分比较:第2 、3疗程结束后C组与A组比较有显著性差异(P＜0.05) ,第4疗程结束后C组与A组比较有极显著性差异(P＜0 .01) ,C组与B组比较差异显著(P＜0.05) ,A 、B两组比较差异显著(P＜0.05).Ashworth 量表评分:与自身治疗前比较差异显著(P＜0.05 ) ,A 、B两组治疗后比较差异不显著(P＞0.05) .简式Fugl-Meyer评分比较:第4疗程结束后, C组上肢FMA评分与A 、B两组比较差异显著(P＜0.05) ,第3个疗程结束后,C组下肢FMA评分与A 、B组比较差异显著(P＜0 .05) ,第4个疗程结束后,C组下肢FMA评分与A 、B组比较差异极显著(P＜0.01) .临床疗效比较:B组与C组比较,虽无统计学差异,但方氏头针与Rood技术组总有效率更高,与A组比较差异显著.结论:方氏头针联合Rood技术治疗中风早期患者运动功能障碍疗效确切,与单纯使用常规针刺或方氏头针比较,能有效的提高患者的生活质量,降低残疾程度.
