Objective:The purpose of this study was to assess the utility and feasibility of CT perfusion ima-ging(CTPI)in the lung cancer.Methods:44patients with lung canceradmitted in our hospital from October 2015 to October 2016,were chosen as the subject,who received CT perfusion imaging.The related perfusion parameters in patients with effective and ineffective treatment were compared and analyzed.Results:The patients in effective and ineffective group were 34 and 10.The effective perfusion value,strengthening amplitude and nodules-aorticstrength-ening value ratio of effectivegroup were lower than those before treatment ( P＜0.05).The indicators of ineffective treatment group were not significantlydifferent ( P＞0.05),and BV,BF and PS in effective group were lower than those in ineffective group ( P＜0.05).MTT in effective group was higher than that in ineffective group ( P＜0. 05).Conclusion:CT perfusion imaging in identification and diagnosis of lung cancer has a certain clinical value.%目的:探讨CT灌注成像在评估肺癌治疗效果中的应用价值.方法:随机选择经穿刺病理证实的肺癌患者44例为研究对象,均对其进行CT 灌注成像,对比分析治疗有效及治疗无效患者相关的灌注参数.结果:治疗有效组34例,治疗无效组10例,比较两组的灌注值、强化幅度及结节-主动脉强化值,两组治疗后低于治疗前,有效组前后差异具有统计学意义( P＜0.05) ,但无效组各项指标差异不具有统计学意义( P＞0.05) ;有效组BV 、BF 、PS均低于无效组( P＜0.05) ;而M T T高于无效组( P＜0.05).结论:CT 灌注成像在肺癌治疗效果评估中具有一定的临床应用价值.
