Objective:To explore the effects of strong fixation joint traction reduction and fixation in the treatment of oral and maxillofacial trauma fracture.Methods:Randomly chose 122 cases,these patients was using the method of randomized divided into observation group and control group,61 cases in each group.The control group with strong fixation treatment,observation group with strong internal fixation in combination with reduction and fix ation treatment,compared the clinical effect of two different postoperative.Results:The observation group of curative effect accounted for 50.82％,efficient 91.80％ was significantly higher than the control group were 31.15％,70.49％,which were statistically significant differences (allP＜0.05).After treatment,the observation group did not heal,leather mi 0％ and 3.28％,nerve damage and other complications accounted for 3.28％ 0％ was significantly lower than the control group were 6.56％,13.11％,8.20％ and 16.39％,respectively,which were statistically significant differences (all P＜0.05).After treatment,two groups of general health,physical function,emotional function and mental health score increased significantly,and observation group of increase was significantly higher than the control group,which were statistically significant differences (all P ＜ 0.05).Observation group's recovery time (84.3±4.7) d was significantly lower than the control group (123.1±5.2) d.(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Using solid fixation combined traction reduction and fixation in the treatment of oral and maxillofacial trauma fracture effect is remarkable,incidence of complications after treatment is extremely low,worth extending applica tion.%目的:探讨坚固内固定术联合牵引复位固定术治疗口腔颌面部创伤性骨折的临床效果.方法:口腔颌面部创伤性骨折患者122例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各61例.对照组采用坚固内固定术治疗,观察组采用坚固内固定术联合引复位固定术治疗,对比两种术后的临床效果.结果:观察组显效占比50.82％、有效率占比91.80％显著高于对照组的31.15％与70.49％(均P＜0.05).治疗后观察组发生不愈合0％、皮糜3.28％、神经受损0％及其他并发症3.28％占比显著低于对照组6.56％、13.11％、8.20％、16.39％(均P＜0.05).治疗后两组总体健康、生理功能、情感职能与精神健康评分明显升高,且观察组提升程度明显高于对照组(均P＜0.05).观察组恢复时间(84.3±4.7)d显著低于对照组(123.1±5.2) d(P＜0.05).结论:采用坚固内固定联合牵引复位固定术治疗口腔颌面部创伤性骨折的临床效果显著,治疗后并发症发生率极低,值得推广运用.
