目的：探讨应用巴德3DMax 补片行免钉合腹腔镜全腹膜外疝修补术（TEP）的临床应用价值。方法：回顾性分析126腹股沟疝患者行 TEP 手术的临床资料。结果：126例患者中，123例腹股沟疝均成功施行了 TEP ，24例术中出现腹膜撕裂，3例中转 TAPP 手术。其中单侧手术时间23～60min ；平均39 min ，双侧46～120 min ，平均63 min ；术中出血5～15 ml ，平均10 ml 。手术次日均鼓励患者下床活动。术后住院2～4 d ，平均2．3 d 。术后13例出现伤口疼痛（10．3％），术后3～7 d 均可缓解，未出现术后慢性疼痛。术后出现腹股沟区血清肿18例（8．7％），均发生于横断疝囊的患者，经穿刺抽液和口服药物治疗后消失，其中8例（6．3％）患者出现下腹部暂时性感觉异常，尿潴留10例（7．9％），经再次留置导尿后缓解。未发生伤口感染和其他并发症。结论：应用巴德3DMax 补片行免钉合的 TEP 手术具有手术创伤小，术后恢复快、并发症少、复发率低。%Objective :To explore the Bard 3DMax patch‐free stapling line clinical value of laparoscopic to‐tally extra peritoneal hernia repair .Methods :The clinical data were retrospectively analyzed 126 patients undergoing TEP inguinal hernia surgery .Results :126 cases of patients ,123 cases of inguinal hernia were successfully underwent laparoscopic TEP ,24 cases of intraoperative peritoneal tear occurred ,3 cases of transit TAPP surgery .Which unilat‐eral operation time 23 ~ 60 min ,average 39min ,bilateral 46 ~ 120 min ,average 63 min .Bleeding 5 ~ 15 ml ,average 10ml .The next day surgery patients were encouraged to get out of bed .Postoperative hospital stay 2 ~ 4 days ,on av‐erage 2 .3 days .After 13 cases had wound pain (10 .3% ) ,after 3 ~ 7 days can alleviate chronic pain after surgery does not appear .Postoperative seroma groin area in 18 cases (8 .7% ) ,occurred in patients with transverse sac of fluid through the puncture disappeared after treatment with oral medications ,including eight cases (6 .3% ) patients in the lower abdomen transient paresthesia ,urinary retention in 10 cases (7 .9% ) ,the ease again after catheterization . Wound infections and other complications .Were followed up for 6 ~ 24 months after surgery .Conclusion :Applica‐tions Bard 3DMax patch row free surgical stapling of TEP has surgical trauma ,faster recovery ,fewer complications , recurrence rate ,should be widely applied .
