Objective:To study the clinical effect of alprostadil fat emulsion injection for the treatment of diabetic complications .Methods :76 patients were selected from March 2014 to March 2015 were randomly divided into control group and observation group ,38 cases in each group .The two groups had 19 patients with diabetic foot and 19 patients diabetes peripheral neuropathy patients .The control group was given Compound Danshen injection while the observation group was given alprostadil fat emulsion injection .Results :After treatment FBG , Hcy and mAlb of the observation group decreased more obviously(P<0 .05) .The diabetic foot total effective rate of clinical treatment in the control group and observation group was 63 .2% (12/19) and 89 .5% (17/19) respectively .The dia‐betic peripheral neuropathy total effective rate of clinical treatment in the control group and observation group was 68 .5% (13/19) and 89 .5% (17/19) respectively .The differences between two groups were statistically significant (P<0 .05) .Conclusion :Alprostadil fat emulsion injection is an effective method for the treatment of diabetic complica‐tions and it has clinical value .%目的：探讨前列地尔注射液治疗糖尿病并发症的临床疗效。方法：选择糖尿病足38例和糖尿病周围神经病变38例，再随机等分为观察组和对照组，两组各含糖尿病足19例，糖尿病周围神经病变19例，观察组患者给予前列地尔治疗，对照组患者给予复方丹参治疗。结果：治疗后，两组患者FBG水平、mAlb水平、Hcy水平均显著改善（P＜0．05），且观察组改善状况明显优于对照组（ P＜0．05）；观察组糖尿病足患者治疗总有效率为89．5％（17／19），糖尿病周围神经病变患者治疗总有效率为89．5％（17／19）；对照组糖尿病足患者治疗总有效率为63．2％（12／19）；糖尿病周围神经病变患者治疗总有效率为68．5％（13／19）。治疗后观察组患者临床疗效显著优于对照组（P＜0．05），且两组患者无任何不良反应发生。结论：前列地尔注射液用于治疗糖尿病并发症可显著改善患者多项血液生化指标，临床疗效显著，无明显不良反应。
