目的：探究彩色多普勒（CDFI）在药物流产后子宫复查过程中的价值。方法：选取受药物流产的孕妇200例，于服药7～14d 行彩色多普勒超声子宫复查。观察 CDFI 对不同流产结局的显示差异。结果：CDFI 检查结果显示本次被试人员中有188例（94．00％）一次性药物成功，完全流产，另有12例（6．00％）为不完全流产。188例完全流产者其 CDFI 成像特点为子宫大小正常，子宫轮廓清晰，宫腔内回声正常、内膜线清晰，孕囊已完全脱落。12例不完全流产者其 CDFI 成像特点为子宫略大或是正常，内膜线模糊不清，甚至不见内膜线，出现团状回声，均可见丰富彩色血流信号，有不完整内膜，经临床随访行清宫术后确有残留，并通过 CDFI 成像特点，及时采取合适治疗方案，取得了理想的效果。结论：CDFI 在药物流产后子宫复查过程中能够辅助判断药物流产的结局，并为药物流产术后宫腔内残留的清宫术提供有效指导。%Objectives :To explore the value of CDFI in the process of uterine reexamination after drug a‐bortion .Method :In our hospital 200 cases of pregnant women were selected .After taking the medicine 7 to 14 days , they all did uterus review with Color Doppler flow imaging .The difference of CDFI in different outcome of abortion was observed .Results :CDFI examination results showed that there were 188 cases (94 .00% ) in this trial disposable drug success ,complete abortion .There were 12 cases (4 .00% ) with inadequacy abortion ,having residual clinical follow‐up after curettage ,The CDFI imaging of 188 patients with complete abortion were characterized by normal u ‐terine size and clear contour , normal intrauterine echo ,clear endometrial line ,pregnancy sac has been completely off .The CDFI imaging of 12 patients with inadequacy abortion were slightly larger or normal uterus ,blurred endo‐metrial line ,which was not even endometrial line .Also ,it was found that there were abundant color blood flow sig‐nals in the group ,and there was not a complete inner membrane ,and through the CDFI imaging characteristics ,in time to take appropriate treatment options ,achieved the desired results .Conclusion :CDFI after drug abortion uter‐ine review process to judge the outcome of medical abortion ,and drug abortion Intrauterine Residue of curettage and provide effective guidance .
