Objective:To investigate the effect of blood glucose fluctuants on type Ⅳcollagen(CIV) and transforming growth factor beta 1(TGF-β1) in myocardium of diabetic rats. Method:30 Wistar rats were divided in-to 3 groups: normal control group, fluctuant high blood glucose group and stable high blood glucose group. After 8 experimental weeks, the level of CIV and TGF-β1 in the myocardium were investigated. Result:The level of CIV and TGF-β1 were significantly higher than those of stable high blood glucose group and the control group. Conclusion: Myocardial fibrosis may be more serious when blood glucose fluctuating in diabetic rats.%目的:探讨血糖波动对糖尿病大鼠心肌组织中Ⅳ型胶原(CⅣ)及转化生长因子β1(TGF-β1)的影响.方法:雄性Wistar大鼠30只,分为对照组、波动性高血糖组、持续性高血糖组,饲养8周后,取血测定Ⅳ型胶原及TGF-β1的浓度.结果:波动性高血糖组及持续性高血糖组中CⅣ及TGF-β1水平明显高于对照组,而且波动性高血糖组中CⅣ及TGF-β1水平高于持续性高血糖组.结论:糖尿病时血糖波动对心肌细胞的影响,要强于平稳的高血糖状态,糖尿病大鼠在血糖波动的情况下,心肌纤维化加重.
