目的:评价分析中低位肛门直肠畸形术后排便功能.方法:对93例中低位肛门直肠畸形患儿术后排便情况进行随访,对所有患儿手术年龄、随访时间、手术方式等因素进行分析,按照Krickenbeck分类法评价其肛门功能.结果:肛门直肠畸形术后患儿肛门功能恢复良好,便秘发生率较污粪发生率高,术后6个月Krickenbeck分类临床评分91例达到优,术后1年,排便功能全恢复正常.结论:中低位肛门直肠畸形术后排便功能障碍主要为便秘和污粪,便秘发生率较高,不同手术方式患儿的污粪发生有显著性差异,便秘则无显著性差异,随着随访时间延长排便功能障碍逐渐恢复.%Objective : To evaluate and analysis childrens' defecation function in surgery treatment of Low-middle position anorectal anomaly . Methods :Assessed 93 patients with Low-middle position anorectal anomaly in Xi'an children's hospital from 2008 to 2012 . We analysised the factors including the operating age ,follow-up period ,operation modes and other factors by the Krickenbeck classification . Results : The defecation function could get good recovery in all the children who got the operation of Low -middle position anorectal anomaly . The incidence of constipation was higher than that of soiling . The cilinical testing score of the defecation function was excellent after 6 months of the operation by the Krickenbeck classification ,After one year the defecation function can recover normal in all children . Conclusion :After operation the fecal dysfunction are constipation and fetal pollution primarily in Low -middle position anorectal anomaly and constipation is higher . In different operation modes the incidence of soiling is significant difference and constipation is no difference . The defecation function can recover partly with the follow -up period.
