目的:通过观察胎盘滋养细胞中缺氧诱导因子-Ⅰ α(HIF-1α)在妊娠期高血压疾病孕妇与正常孕妇胎盘中的表达差异,探讨其在妊娠期高血压疾病发病中的作用.方法:采用免疫组化法检测112例妊娠期高血压疾病患者(观察组)及110例正常孕妇(对照组)胎盘组织中的HIF-1α蛋白的表达.结果:妊娠期高血压疾病组缺氧诱导因子HIF-1α的表达明显高于正常妊娠组.妊娠高血压疾病组中,病情较重,阳性表达率越高,三组两两比较,均有统计学差异.结论:妊娠期高血压疾病患者胎盘组织HIF-1α明显高于正常孕妇,且随患者病情加重其表达明显升高,说明缺氧诱导因αHIF-1α在妊娠期高血压疾病发病中起重要作用.%Objective:To investigate the expression of hypoxia-inducible factor-1 alpha (HIF-1α) in placenta tissue of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy patients,and study the functions of HIF-1α in pregnancy induced hypertension(PIH).Method:The level of HIF-1α in placenta in 112 patients with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy (observation group) and 110 normal pregnant (control group) were detected by immunohistology.Results:HIF-1α in placenta with PIH was significantly higher than that in control group; HIF-1α in moderate and severe PIH were significantly higher than that in mild PIH.Conclusion:The results suggest that abnormal expression of HIF-1α may play an important role in the changes of the pathophysiology of PIH and may be used as an indicator for the severity of PIH.
