目的:探讨全胸腔镜在Ⅰ～ⅡA期周围型肺癌手术治疗中的应用价值.方法:对61例Ⅰ～ⅡA期周围型肺癌患者在全胸腔镜下行肺叶切除淋巴结扩清术.结果:本组均达到根治性切除,无手术死亡和并发症,5年生存率为95％(19/20).结论:对Ⅰ～ⅡA期周围型肺癌应用全胸腔镜手术可达到根治的目的,是安全可行的,具有创伤小,出血少,恢复快的优点.%Objective:To study the possibility of video-assisted thoracic surgery (VATS) for the I ~ TJ A stage peripheral lung carcinoma. Methods:61 patients with I ~ TJ A stage peripheral lung carcinoma underwent lo-bectomy by VATS and lymphadenectomy for the radical excise. Results: The patients recovered with minimally invasive and less bleeding, efficiently and sooner. No operative complications and mortality followed. Conclusion: VATS is one of the options for the early stage of peripheral lung carcinoma.
