目的:探讨先天性心脏病室间隔缺损经胸封堵治疗前后左心结构的变化.方法:15例室间隔缺损儿,经X线、超声心动图明确诊断.术前及术后3d、1月、3月经超声心动图检查左房前后径(LA)、左室舒张末期前后径(LVEDD)、左室收缩末期前后径(LVESD)、左室射血分数(EF)、左室短轴收缩率(FS).结果:15例均成功置入封堵器,术后3d复查心脏超声心动图均提示封堵器位置、形态良好.术后LA、LVEDD、LVESD、EF、FS无明显变化(P<0.001),术后1月、术后3月、较术前明显下降.结论:经胸室间隔缺损封堵治疗,疗效确切,安全性高,患者术后左心功能改善明显.%Objective: To investigate Change of left ventricle function with mini invasive surgery for treatment of Ventricular Septal Defect. Method:15 VSD patients were diagnosed by physical examination,chest X-ray and transthoracic echocardiography. transthoracic echocardiography was implied to measure the left atrial diame ter(LA)、 left ventricle end diastole diameter (LVEDD)、 left ventricle end systole diameter(LVESD)sjection fraction (EF)、Fraction shortening(FS) pre operation and 3-day, 1 month, 3-month post operation. Result: 15 patients were implanted occluders . All the occluders located in proper position and there shapes were accurate in follow up. LA、 LVEDD、LVESD 、EF and FS change remarkably after 1-month and 3-month post operation, but change insignifi cantly after 3-days. Conclusion: Mini invasive surgery for treatment of Ventricular Septal Defect is safety and re liability,it can improve the left ventricle function.
