Objective :To confirm the characteristics of women infection about HPV. Methods :Using in situ hybridization in tissue sections on the HPV6 , 11,16,18 detection. Results : HPV16/18 infection in CIN Ⅰ ,CIN Ⅱ and CIN Ⅲ three groups were significant difference (P＜0. 05), the difference of HPV16/18 positive expression in squamous cell carcinoma of grade Ⅰ , scales cell carcinoma Ⅱ , Ⅲ grade squamous cell carcinoma was not statistically significant (P＞0. 05). The infection of HPV6/11 increased with the level of the CIN decreased ,the infection of HPV16/18 increased as the CIN grade increased. Conclusion :The infection of HPV about the women in the region of is higher , with the trend of younger. As the severity of disease , infection rates increase accordingly. The infection of HPV16/18 increased as the CIN grade increased,however, it decreased significantly in cervical cancer.%目的:探讨女性宫颈HPV感染的临床病理特点.方法:280例宫颈病变组织采用原位杂交技术进行HPV6、11、16、18亚型的检测分析.结果:HPV16/18在CINⅠ、CINⅡ及CINⅢ3组中的表达差异有显著性,在CINⅠ中的表达低于CINⅡ和CINⅢ(P＜0.05),HPV16/18的阳性表达在鳞状细胞癌Ⅰ级、鳞状细胞癌Ⅱ级、鳞状细胞癌Ⅲ级中的差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).HPV6/11感染随着CIN级别的升高而降低,HPV16/18随着CIN级别的升高而升高.结论:女性HPV阳性感染率较高,具有年轻化的趋势,随着病变程度的不同,感染率及感染亚型不同;HPV16/18在CIN中的感染率随CIN的级别升高而升高,但在宫颈癌中则明显下降.
