目的:研究Rel A基因在人喉癌Hep-2细胞中的表达及意义.方法:采用逆转录-聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)方法和免疫细胞组织化学技术分别检测Rel A基因的mRNA和蛋白在人喉癌细胞系Hep-2和人正常永生化表皮细胞系Hacat中的表达.结果:Rel A基因的mRNA在Hep-2细胞中高表达,在Hacat细胞中低表达(P<0.05).Rel A基因的蛋白在Hep-2细胞中高表达且主要表达于细胞浆,在Hacat细胞中低表达(P<0.05).结论:Rel A基因的高表达可能与喉癌发生、发展有关.%Objective : To study the expression and significance of Rel A gene in human laryngeal carcinoma Hep-2 cell line. Methods,The expression level of RelA messenger RNA and protein was respectively measured with reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) and immunocytochemical techniques in human larynx epidermoid carcinoma cell Line Hep-2 and human keratinocyte cell line Hacat. Results: The expression levels of Rel A mRNA and protein were higher in Hep-2 cells than those in Hacat cells. The expression of Rel A protein was mainly located in cytoplasm. Conclusions;The overexpression of Rel A gene may be related with the formation and development of laryngeal carcmoma.
