Objective:Comparison of safety and efficacy of thulium laser and plasma electroresection in resection of bladder tumors, Provide relevant evidence for clinical treatment.Methods:80 cases of non-myometrial invasive bladder cancer were selected, including 40 cases in the observation group, 40 cases in the observation group, thulium laser resection of bladder tumor, and 40 cases in the control group, with transurethral plasma resection. The time of operation, the amount of blood lost during operation, the incidence of obturator nerve reflex, the days of bladder irrigation after operation, the time of postoperative hospitalization, the recurrence rate of bladder tumor within one year and the postoperative complications were compared between the two groups. Results:There was no significant difference in the recurrence rate of bladder tumor between the two groups within one year (P>0.05), and no serious postoperative complications occurred. But the bleeding volume, obturator nerve reflex rate, bladder irrigation days and postoperative hospitalization time in the observation group were better than those in the control group (P0.05) ;均无严重术后并发症发生.
