不同钙磷水平日粮添加植酸酶对肉鸡生产性能及理化指标影响的研究

         

摘要

为研究在含有不同钙(Ca)和磷(P)水平的日粮中添加植酸酶对肉鸡生产性能及理化指标的影响,将1日龄AA肉鸡320只,随机分为4组,每组4个重复,每重复20只.0~21日龄(前期)第1、2、3、4组日粮Ca和总磷(TP)水平依次为:1.00%、0.68%;1.00%、0.60%;0.90%、0.54%;0.80%、0.48%;22 ~ 42日龄(后期)依次为:0.90%、0.65%;0.90%、0.50%;0.80%、0.45%;0.72%、0.38%.0~ 42日龄植酸酶添加量第1、2、3、4组依次为:0、500、750、1 000 FTU/kg.基础日粮以玉米、豆粕为主要原料,试验期42 d.结果表明:第2组生产性能和胫骨灰分与第1组相当(P>0.05),而日粮磷酸氢钙的添加量前后期分别比第1组(前期1.68%,后期1.58%)降低了26%和49%;第3组生产性能和胫骨灰分与第1组无显著差异(P>0.05),而磷酸氢钙的添加量前后期分别比第1组降低了46%和70%;第4组生产性能和胫骨灰分显著低于第1、2、3组(P<0.05);日粮Ca和P水平对肉鸡血清Ca、P含量和碱性磷酸酶(ALP)活性有显著影响(P<0.05).可见,适当降低日粮Ca和TP水平并添加植酸酶,肉鸡可以获得良好的生产性能,并且很大程度上减少了日粮中无机磷的添加量,节约了磷资源.%This study investigated the effects of phytase supplementation in diets with different Ca and P levels on production performance,tibia ash,and serum indices of broilers.A total of 320 one-day-old AA broilers were randomly assigned to 4 dietary treatments with 4 replicates each and 20 chickens per replicate.During the starter phase (SP,0-to 21-day-old),the dietary Ca and total phosphorus (TP) levels of treatment 1,2,3,4 were 1.00%,0.68%;1.00%,0.60%;0.90%,0.54%;0.80%,0.48% respectively.And those of the grower phase (GP,22-to 42-day-old) were 0.90%,0.65%;0.90%,0.50%;0.80%,0.45%;0.72%,0.38% respectively.The phytase additive quantity in corn-soybean basal diet of treatment 1,2,3,4 was 0,500,750,1 000 FTU/kg respectively.This test lasted for 42 days.The results showed that the production performance and tibia ash content of treatment 2 were comparable to those of treatment 1 (P > 0.05),while the addition amount of calcium phosphate in diets of treatment 2 during SP and GP decreased by 26% and 49% respectively compared with those of treatment 1 (SP:1.68%,GP:1.58%).The production performance and tibia ash content of treatment 3 had no significant differences with those of treatment 1 (P > 0.05),while the addition amount of calcium phosphate in diets of treatment 3 during SP and GP decreased by 46% and 70% respectively compared with those of treatment 1.The production performance and tibia ash content of treatment 4 were significantly lower than those of treatment 1,2 and 3 (P < 0.05).The dietary Ca and P levels had significant effects on Ca and P contents and ALP activity in serum of broilers (P < 0.05).It showed that the high production performance of broilers could be acquired when properly decreasing the dietary Ca and TP levels and supplementing phytase.This method reduced the addition amount of inorganic phosphorus in diets to a great extent,which would save the phosphorus resources.
