盆栽试验结果表明,跳龟灵、对硫磷乳剂对玉米生理指标有一定的影响.在较低浓度(0.5 mg/L)时,叶绿素含量、可溶性糖含量、根系活力呈现上升趋势,表明低浓度农药对以上生理指标具有一定的刺激作用,但随着处理浓度的增大,各项生理指标则呈现下降趋势,表现出一定毒害作用,而细胞质膜透性随着农药浓度的增加呈上升的趋势,表明农药进入植物体内破坏了细胞膜结构,增加了细胞膜的通透性.%The results of pot test showed that Tiaoguiling and parathion emulsion had some effects on maize physiological indices. Low - concentration pesticides had positive effect on maize physiological indices showing the increase of chlorophyll content, soluble sugar content and root activity. With the increase of pesti cides concentration, the physiological indicators showed a downward trend, while the cell membrane permea bility increased, indicating that the pesticides destroyed the cell membrane structure and led to the increase of membrane permeability.
