不同浓度NAA和IBA处理对海桐扦插生根的影响

         

摘要

选用两种基质配方即腐叶土:珍珠岩=1∶1和椰壳∶田园土∶腐熟有机肥=1∶1∶1.用不同浓度的吲哚丁酸(IBA)或萘乙酸(NAA)处理海桐插穗,盆钵扦插,研究了两种激素不同处理对其生根效应的影响.结果表明:50 mg/L IBA或NAA浸泡3h,采用腐叶土∶珍珠岩=1∶1的基质进行扦插效果最好,其生根率均达87%,较对照提高136%~138%.且生根最快,第23天即可生根,较清水对照提前10天.%In this study, two kinds of substrate formula were selected for cutting of Pittosporum tobira, which were perlite and turfy soil mixed according to 1:1, coconut shell + rural soil + organic compost mixed according to 1:1:1. The effects of different concentrations of IBA and NAA on rooting of Pittosporum tobira were studied on the two substrates. The results showed that the cutting effect was the best when soaked with 50 mg/L IBA and NAA for three hours and cultured on the substrate with perlite and turfy. The rooting rate could reach 87% and was 136~38% more than that of the check; the rooting time was also the shortest, which was 23 days and 10 days earlier than that of the check.
