不同浓度IBA和NAA处理流苏树茎段对扦插生根的影响

         

摘要

With 1-2 -year-old branches of Chionanthus retusus as materials, the effects of different concentrations of IBA and NAA and lignified degree of explants on cutting rooting were studied in this paper. The results showed that the single application of IBA and NAA could better induce rooting of the cuttings. The effect of 500 mg/L IBA was the best with 87. 32% of rooting rate, 8. 32 roots averagely and 4. 26 cm of average root length. 600 mg/L NAA also had better rooting effect. The semi - lignified cuttings were the best ex-plants.%以流苏树1~2年生枝条为试材,研究了不同浓度IBA、NAA和外植体术质化程度对其扦插生根的影响.结果表明,IBA与NAA单独使用时,均能较好地诱导插穗生根,其中以IBA 500 mg/L生根效果较好,生根率达到87.32%,平均生根数8.32条,平均根长4.26 cm;NAA以600 mg/L处理生根效果较好;半木质化的插穗为最佳外植体.
