Huixian Karst wetland is an important water system in Guilin and is known as the Ginlin's Green Kidney,has been obtained the government's attention. The monitoring of wetland water quality,that is conducive to the protection and repair of wetlands. Ten sampling points were set in the HuiXian karst wetland,and sampled in the wet season,the dry season and the plain water period.Dome indexes of water quality of HuiXian wetland is studied,and the assessment on water quality of HuiXian wetland is made with the evaluation method of single factor water quality index,the DO,COD,ammonia nitrogen,total nitrogen,total phosphorus and permanganate index were used as factor.The results show that,the content of chlorophyll is higher in some waters and the eutrophication occurs.The water quality near pollution sources is seriously polluted by COD and total phosphorus,and the water quality of gradeis IV,V reached.The water quality gradually turn for the better in which the sampling points that gradually away from the terminals and the pollution sources,can reach grade Ⅱ.%会仙岩溶湿地是桂林重要的水系,被称为桂林市的绿肾,得到了政府的重视.对湿地水质进行监测研究,有利于湿地的保护与修复.在会仙湿地水域设置十个采样点,于丰水期、枯水期、平水期进行采样.采用国家标准方法对会仙湿地水质部分指标进行检测,以DO,COD,氨氮,总氮,总磷,高锰酸盐指数作为参评因子,采用单因子水质标识指数评价法,评价水质污染状况.结果表明,部分水域叶绿素a含量较高,发生富营养化现象.其中,靠近污染源的采样点水质受COD和总磷的污染较为严重,达到IV、V类水质.逐渐远离码头、污染源的采样点,水质逐渐转好,可达到Ⅱ类水质.
